Taiwan's screw exports to US in Jan-May drops y-o-y

In May, Taiwan's screw exports to US came back to about 51,000 tons, yet still less than the same period of the previous year. During the first five months of 2024, Taiwan sold a total of about 246,000 tons of screws to the US, decreasing by 0.63% compared with the past year.

According to statistics, in December of 2023, Taiwan's screw exports to the US were a total of around 54,000 tons. In January of 2024, the number dropped to 52,000 tons. In February, the screw export to the US was only 41,000 tons, touching the very bottom and creating a new low record since the year before last.
