West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude for August delivery increased by US$0.52 (0.6%), reaching US$82.62/barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for September delivery rose by US$0.32 (0.4%), settling at US$85.40/barrel.
