According to operator PSA Singapore, delays for container ships waiting to dock in Singapore have been reduced to 2 days or less.

On July 10, PSA released a statement saying it had significantly improved the efficiency of the Port to support the increased activity since the beginning of 2024 and to mitigate all of the actions taken by the group, including increasing headcount, opening the new berths at Tuas Port, and the reactivation of the old berths at the defunct Keppel Terminal.
