The BMW Group planned another investment of BRL 1.1 billion in Brazil for the period from 2025 to 2028, following its cumulative investment of more than BRL 1.8 billion since 2024. The investment will be used to build more new models and develop new technologies.

The group has a goal to roll out 11,000 vehicles this year, a year-on-year growth of 10%.

BMW has its own plants in Brazil, India, and Thailand, and it also has partnerships with local producers in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Egypt.

The group produced approximately 50,000 vehicles, excluding BMW Motorrad, at its local plants last year, relying almost entirely on local staff and managers.
