The tariffs imposed by the US on Canada, Mexico, and China have raised market concerns that they may drag down the global economy. Meanwhile, as OPEC+ increases supply, a significant reduction in energy demand is expected, resulting in a decline in international crude oil prices on March 10.

West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude for April delivery decreased by US$1.01 (1.5%), reaching US$66.03/barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for the May delivery fell by US$1.08 (1.5%), settling at US$69.28/barrel.
