Japanese automaker Toyota announced that its global vehicle production increased by 5.7% yearly to approximately 1.56 million units in the first two months of 2025. The global sales volume was about 1.55 million units, which rose by 2.9% yearly.

In February, Toyota produced roughly 779,800 vehicles, which grew by 5.8% annually. Domestic production in Japan was around 286,000 units, which increased by 16.2% annually, and overseas production was about 493,000 units, up by 0.6% year on year.
