According to statistics, Taiwan's imports of 300-series stainless steel cold-rolled coils significantly increased in April to around 4,900 tons, a month-on-month surge of 47%, mainly due to a substantial rise in imports from Vietnam, which reached nearly 3,300 tons, a 1.4-fold increase compared to March. Vietnam's import share in April rose to 68% of the total imports.

In the first four months of the year, total imports amounted to approximately 15,000 tons, with Vietnam accounting for the majority at 9,000 tons, representing 60% of the total volume.
