Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe has transformed its B2B customer experience with the Customer Account digital platform, offering real-time tracking of product production and delivery. Launched in 2021, the platform now serves over 165 accounts across its pipe and railway divisions.

Customers can monitor their orders from factory to warehouse via GPS, track production, access historical data and documents, submit requests and complaints, download certificates, and use a support chat. This multi-language, intuitive interface needs only ten minutes for registration.

This feature was valuable during the war, assuring foreign customers of the company’s operational continuity and increasing trust, said Ivan Mazanka, Interpipe’s Pipe Sales Director for the European market. The platform's digitalization addresses Western markets' demand for transparency, simplifying complex industrial orders much like B2C online services. Interpipe plans to transfer all partners to a digital platform, improving communication and accelerating all related processes.
