According to a Federal Register notice on September 16, 2025, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has made a final determination of an anti-dumping (AD) review on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL Plate) from Italy.

The final results assign a 7.91% dumping margin to NLMK Verona S.p.A. as the USDOC found this company sold the subject product at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024. Metinvest Trametal S.p.A. and Ferriera Valsider S.p.A., operating as a single entity, were assigned a 5.51% dumping margin.

Besides, the review was rescinded for F.A.R. Fonderie Acciaerie S.p.A. and Officine Tecnosider due to a lack of entries during the review period. All other Italian producers and exporters are subject to the original 6.08% all-others rate.
