The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced its final determination of the administrative review of anti-dumping (AD) duties on large-diameter welded pipes from Turkey.

Covering the review period from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024, the USDOC found that two Turkish companies, HDM Celik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. and Emek Boru Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., did not sell the subject products at prices lower than normal value.

As a result, the USDOC assigned a weighted average dumping margin of zero percent for both companies, the same as the preliminary results.
