The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has issued its final determination of the anti-dumping (AD) duty review on circular welded non-alloy steel pipes from South Korea, for the review period from November 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023.

The USDOC found that certain producers/exporters sold the subject goods at prices below normal value. As a result, estimated weighted average dumping margins were set at 1.23% for Husteel Co., Ltd. and other non-examined companies. This final rate is slightly higher than the 1.21% in the preliminary results.

Hyundai Steel Company was assigned a zero percent dumping margin in both the preliminary and final findings.
