War-related hardships have not diminished ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih's commitment to social support. In 2025, the company allocated nearly UAH 57 million to assist veterans, families of fallen employees, and local communities.

Direct payments accounted for the majority of this spending. Families of workers who lost their lives received UAH 25 million, while employees injured in shelling were allocated an additional UAH 5.9 million. Charitable projects, totaling just over UAH 9.2 million, included renovating the urology department of a city hospital, upgrading border infrastructure, and supporting a memorial bell tower at the local history museum.

Veteran support also expanded. The Coordination Center held 97 individual meetings, and 254 people joined the dedicated Telegram channel. Medically, 71 veterans received treatment or rehabilitation, 19 at sanatoriums and 69 for dental care. Job creation progressed as well: five new positions were opened, and one role was specially adapted for an employee with a Group II disability.

On top of all that, the company paid UAH 8.5 billion in taxes and fees last year, an increase of nearly 28% compared to 2024. Local budgets received UAH 2.6 billion, while UAH 1.8 billion went to the state.
