A A A
On September 19, 2025, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) issued a final determination to continue anti-dumping (AD) duties on electrolytic manganese dioxide from China, following a third expedited sunset review.

According to the ruling, the USDOC found that revoking the current AD measures on the subject goods would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping, with a margin up to 149.92%.

The affected products cover all electrolytic manganese dioxide in powder, chip, or plate form, excluding natural and chemical manganese dioxide. These subject products are classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheading 2820.10.00.00.

The third sunset review investigation began on June 2, 2025.
