India’s MOIL reports 9.1% growth in Oct manganese ore output

Indian state-owned manganese miner MOIL Limited recorded a 9.1% year-on-year increase in manganese ore production in October 2025, reaching 160,000 tons. 

During the first seven months of the 2025-26 fiscal year, total production rose 8.5% to about 1.104 million tons. MOIL also achieved a record 57,275 meters of exploration drilling in the same period, marking the company’s highest level to date. 

The improved performance reflects stronger operational efficiency and continued investment in exploration, reinforcing MOIL’s position as India’s leading manganese producer.
