India’s MOIL raises manganese ore prices for Jan 2026 shipments

India’s state-owned MOIL Limited has announced higher prices for all grades of manganese ore for January deliveries. 

The company said prices for manganese ore with manganese content of 44% and above have been increased by 3%. Prices for ore with manganese content below 44 % have also been raised by 3%. 

Meanwhile, prices for silico manganese grade (SMGR) ore with 30% manganese content and fines grades have increased by 5%. In contrast, MOIL has cut prices for SMGR with 25% manganese content by 5% and reduced prices for SMGR with 20% manganese content by 10%.
