Largo, a leading global vanadium producer, has secured a binding agreement to sell 4.5 million tons of iron ore calcine from its Brazilian mine for $56 million.

The material is a byproduct stockpiled for over 11 years at its Maracás Menchen operation. Company leadership stated the deal underscores the strategic value of this inventory, which will enhance the cost-competitiveness of its core vanadium business.

The final agreement remains subject to standard documentation and conditions.
