According to statistics, Brazil's heavy plate exports totaled around 12,000 tons in September, soaring by 213% compared to exports in the previous month.

The primary suppliers during the period included Gerdau and Usiminas, whose deliveries accounted for approximately 11,000 tons and 1,500 tons in the month.

In terms of imports, Brazil's heavy plate imports amounted to 2,000 tons in September, a month-on-month decrease of 9%. The shipments were largely to China, with 1,700 tons.
