YC Inox starts stainless steel pipe production at Turkish subsidiary

YC Inox TR Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., a Turkish subsidiary owned by Taiwan’s stainless steel producer YC Inox Co., Ltd., has started production at its new US$80 million stainless steel pipe facility in Dilovası, Kocaeli, targeting European, Asian, and African markets.

Initially operating at a 20,000-ton annual capacity, the plant is expected to reach 30,000 tons once fully operational. Spanning 53,000 square meters in the Dilovasi Machinery Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, it employs over 400 workers and produces a range of stainless steel products, including pipes, profiles, sheets, plates, coils, and so forth.

YC Inox aims to boost its competitiveness with high-value exports and strengthen its presence in the local and regional markets.
