Yongjin Technology Group, a leading Chinese stainless steel manufacturer, has announced a landmark US$250 million investment to construct a production facility in Türkiye's Yalova Machinery Specialization Organized Industrial Zone. According to Arslan Kucukemre, chairman of the Stainless Steel Industrialists and Businesspeople Association (PASID), the new facility will have a total annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of cold-rolled stainless steel sheet and strip.

The plant will feature dual production lines, a specialized line producing 80,000 tons of high-end products annually, complemented by a general-purpose line with 320,000-ton capacity. The project is expected to complete construction within 24 months and stands as a significant endorsement of Türkiye's growing industrial capabilities and strategic potential in the manufacturing sector.
