According to the final results of anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Japan’s Nippon Steel Corporation sold its hot-rolled steel flat products, the subject goods under the review, at prices lower than the fair value in the US during the period of review from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.

As a result, a final weighted average dumping margin of 29.70% has been assigned to the company. However, Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was found to have a dumping margin of 0.00% and will not face new duties.
