Taiwan's Yusco hikes stainless steel prices for Sep

Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), a leading stainless steel manufacturer in Taiwan, announced a hike in the price of 304 cold-rolled and hot-rolled stainless steel coils by NT$4,000/ton for September. Meanwhile, the surcharge of 316L products will be raised by NT$3,000/ton.

The company also hiked its 400 grades stainless steel prices by NT$500/ton. Yusco stated that the main reason to raise prices is due to higher raw material prices.
