US sets zero dumping margin on Belgian stainless steel plate in coils

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has announced the final results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium. The investigation period was between May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024.

The USDOC made the preliminary result that it found that Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. (ASB) did not sell the subject products at less than normal value during the period of review. Therefore, it assigned the weighted-average dumping margin of zero to the company.
