Australia’s AD & CVD measures on China's painted steel strapping to expire on Nov 26, 2026

Australia’s Anti-Dumping Commission announced on September 26, 2025, that its anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on painted steel strapping from China will expire on November 26, 2026.

These trade measures will terminate after the expiration date if no interested party submits a sunset review investigation application by November 25, 2025.

The products involved are painted steel strapping of carbon steel, with a width of 12-32 mm and a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm, excluding stainless steel and galvanized steel strapping. The subject goods are classified under HS code 7212.40.00.62.
