Guatemala terminates AD probe on China’s galvanized steel, without AD duty levy

On October 7, 2025, Guatemala’s Ministry of Economy announced its negative final determination of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation on galvanized steel originating in China, deciding to terminate the AD investigation and not impose AD measures on the subject goods from China.

The probe was initiated a year earlier on October 3, 2024.

The products involved are under HS codes 7210.30.00.00, 7210.41.10.00, 7210.41.90.00, 7210.49.10.00, 7210.49.90.00, 7212.20.00.00, 7212.30.10.00, 7212.30.90.00, 7225.91.00.00, 7225.92.00.00, 7226.99.10.00, and 7226.99.90.00.
