Thailand extends AD duties on China's cold-rolled stainless steel

On November 10, 2025, Thailand announced an affirmative final determination of the second sunset review on cold-rolled stainless steel from China, deciding to maintain the current anti-dumping (AD) duties on the subject goods for another five years, effective the day after the announcement.

The duty rate remains based on the CIF price. Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel faces a duty of 8.5%, while other Chinese producers receive a 33.32% rate. Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel, Tianjin Tisco & TPCO Stainless Steel, Guangdong Taigang Stainless Steel Processing and Distribution, and Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Precision Strip are exempt from the duties.

The products involved are cold-rolled stainless steel in forms of coil, sheet, or strip, under HS codes 72193200030, 72193200040, 72193300030, 72193300040, 72193400030, 72193400040, 72193500030, 72193500040, 72202010030, 72202010040, 72202090030, and 72202090040.
