The duties are effective retroactively from July 3, 2025, and will remain in place until July 2, 2030. The rates range from 16.10% to 20.15%.

The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Affairs confirmed that the dumping practices caused material injury to the domestic industry.

Specific manufacturers, including Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Meishan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., face a 16.10% duty, and all other manufacturers or exporters are subject to 20.15%.
