EU issues expiry notice of AD measure on stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from China, Taiwan

30 Dec 2025 15:56 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
According to the official notice dated December 18, 2025, the European Commission announced that existing anti-dumping (AD) measures on stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from China and Taiwan will expire on September 17, 2026. These duties will terminate unless a formal expiry review starts.

EU manufacturers must submit a written request within three months of the deadline to begin an investigation. This application needs to prove that removing the duties would lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury. If the Commission accepts the request, the current duties stay in place throughout the inquiry. Otherwise, this AD measure will expire as scheduled.
