HBIS's 2.0 mm ultra-thin 40Mn carbon structural steel produced by Tangsteel successfully rolled off

Recently, a batch of 2.0 mm ultra-thin 40Mn carbon structural steel produced by Tangsteel of HBIS Group was successfully rolled off the line and delivered to customers. This batch features industry-leading thickness specifications, with dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and performance test results all meeting customer requirements. 

The products will be used in manufacturing mechanical bases, load-bearing brackets, and other components, providing reliable material support for the stable operation of equipment.

As a high-quality structural steel, ultra-thin carbon structural steel demonstrates excellent tensile strength, yield strength, weldability, and formability. It aligns with downstream industries’ trends toward lightweight design and high precision, and is widely used in machinery manufacturing, heavy equipment manufacturing, engineering structures, and automotive parts production, among other fields.
