Yongjin Technology Group, through its Singapore-based subsidiary Xinyue Asset Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., partnered with Lanhe Holdings (Singapore) Co., Ltd. and Dong Nai Shanhe Industrial Park to establish Xinyue Alloy New Materials Co., Ltd.

The joint venture will build a short-process green premium stainless steel facility with an annual capacity of 2 million tons. The project aims to expand the group's international presence and strengthen its core business.

The project has two construction phases, each lasting 36 months. Phase one involves a US$200 million investment to produce 1.95 million tons of stainless steel hot-rolled coils per year. Phase two, budgeted at US$180 million, focuses on a smelting workshop to produce 2 million tons of stainless steel billets. The facility will manufacture 200, 300, and 400 series stainless steel in thicknesses from 2.5mm to 5.0mm and widths from 1000mm to 1580mm.
