EU’s AD duties on stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from India & Indonesia to expire on Nov 19, 2026

23 Feb 2026 16:14 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
According to an announcement from the European Commission on February 20, 2026, anti-dumping (AD) duties on stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from India and Indonesia will expire on November 19, 2026. This measure has been effective since June 2016.

European Union producers can prevent the expiration by filing a written request for an expiry review. To trigger this process, they must provide sufficient evidence that lifting this AD duty would lead to continued dumping or economic injury.

If the Commission initiates a review, all involved parties, including importers and exporters, will be invited to submit comments or rebuttals regarding the case.
