Yieh Hsing Enterprise Co., Ltd., one of Taiwan's major wire rod manufacturers, announced its March wire rod price list today (February 26), the second straight month that both stainless steel and carbon steel have had price growth.

Due to higher international raw material costs, the company raised 300-series stainless steel wire rod prices by NT$2,000 per ton, 200-series and 400-series each by NT$1,000 per ton, and the 316 surcharge by NT$2,000 per ton.

Besides, carbon steel wire rod prices also climbed by NT$500 per ton, extending a two-month streak of the same increases.
