The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced preliminary findings in the administrative review of anti-dumping (AD) orders on welded stainless pressure pipe from India. This evaluation covers the period from November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024.

The authority determined that Suncity Metals & Tubes Pvt. Ltd. sold products below normal value, resulting in a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 0.96%.

In the same announcement, the USDOC rescinded reviews for four other Indian companies. Jindal Saw Limited, Prakash Steelage Ltd., Seth Steelage Pvt. Ltd., and Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd. are no longer part of this proceeding after withdrawing their initial requests for the review.
