On December 20, 2024, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MCIT) made a final determination of the changed circumstances review of the anti-dumping (AD) order on steel cables, galvanized strands, and prestressed concrete strands, classified by tariff subheading 7312.10.90.00, originating in China, deciding to modify the definitive AD duty imposed under Resolution 259 of 2018.

According to the modification, the AD duty rate is the difference between the FOB base price of US$3.36/kg of net weight and the FOB price declared by the importer, provided that the latter is lower than the base price.

The validity period of this measure is consistent with the period determined in Resolution 318 of 2021.
