Peru starts AD investigation on China’s stainless steel sinks

At the request of Peruvian manufacturer Manufactura de Metales y Aluminio Record SA, Peru initiated an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on stainless steel sinks originating in China.

The period of investigation was from July 2023 to June 2024, and the injury investigation covers a period from January 2021 to June 2024.

The products involved are under Peruvian tariff subheadings 7324.10.00.00, 7324.29.00.00, and 7324.90.00.00.
