On January 23, 2025, Brazil’s Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services/ Secretariat of Foreign Trade announced that it made a preliminary determination on steel cords for tires originating from China after the investigation. The investigation period was from October 2022 to September 2023 and the damage investigation period was from October 2018 to September 2023.
