Siderperú continues to invest to increase production by 10% after investing $24 million in 2023 & 2024

Peru's steel producer Empresa Siderúrgica del Perú (Siderperú) has already invested US$24 million between 2023 and 2024 to increase the production capacity of its rolling mill by 12%.

In addition to this initiative, the Gerdau Group's subsidiary company in Peru continued to focus on improving its operations and planned to optimize scrap processing at its steel complex in Áncash to increase the volume of finished products by 10%.
