Peru announces preliminary AD ruling on China’s common metal-made standard table cutlery

Peru made a preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) measure on common metal-made standard table cutlery originating in China, setting a minimum FOB price of US$7.84/kg. If the declared price of the subject product is below the minimum FOB price, an AD duty of US$1.88/kg will be applied; however, if the declared price exceeds the minimum FOB price, no AD duty will be imposed.

The products involved are standard table cutlery, including spoons, forks, teaspoons, and knives, made of common metal with a thickness of no more than 1.5mm, under HS codes 8211.10.00.00, 8211.91.00.00, 8211.93.90.00, 8215.10.00.00, 8215.20.00.00, 8215.91.00.00, and 8215.99.00.00.

The measures will be valid for four months.
