Colombia launches AD investigation on Chinese welded pipes

According to the report, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MCIT) initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imported of welded pipes from China at the request of the Colombian company TENARIS TUBOCARIBE LTDA.

The products involved have a nominal diameter ranging from 12.7 mm (inclusive) to 152.4 mm (inclusive) and feature a circular cross-section made of iron or steel. These products are utilized for cable protection and are associated with the Colombian tariff number 7306.30.99.00. The announcement will take effect the day after its release.

Interested parties should register their responses, submit comments regarding the case, provide supporting evidence, and complete the questionnaire within 30 working days from the date of the announcement.
