Tenaris renewed its commercial agreement with Ecopetrol, Colombia’s largest energy company, for another two years, reinforcing a partnership that has spanned over 15 years. The renewal underscores their joint focus on operational excellence, long-term collaboration, and local content development.

Under the agreement, Tenaris will continue supplying products and services, including TenarisHydril Blue® and TXP® BTC connections, Chrome13 S grades for onshore use, and TenCoat™ Liner HDPE internal coating solutions, to support Ecopetrol’s drilling, completion, and workover operations across the Central, Orinoquía, and Piedemonte regions.

Rig Direct® services will ensure timely delivery through coordinated production planning. The contract may also expand to include RunReady™ subassembly services and PipeTracer® technology for improved operational efficiency.
