A A A
On July 3, 2025, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MCIT) announced its final decision for the second sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) duties on steel cables, galvanized strands, and prestressed concrete strands from China, deciding to extend the measure with a minimum FOB base price of US$3.36 per kilogram for an additional five years.

Specifically, if the declared FOB price of the imported goods is below this threshold, an AD duty equivalent to the difference between the minimum price and the declared price will be levied.

The products involved are under HS code 7312.10.90.00.

Colombia initiated this second sunset review on November 19, 2024.
