Turkey makes final ruling on anti-circumvention probe on China’s articulated link chains

27 Aug 2025 15:36 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
On August 25, 2025, Turkey’s Ministry of Trade concluded an anti-circumvention investigation, determining that articulated link chains from China were being rerouted through the European Union to evade anti-dumping (AD) duties.

As a result, the ministry announced that it will impose an AD duty of US$1,200/ton on these products when imported from the European Union, with the exception of Spain.

The measure covers various types of articulated link chains and their parts, under HS codes 7315.11.90.00.11, 7315.11.90.00.19, 7315.12.00.00.11, 7315.12.00.00.19, and 7315.19.00.00.00.

This determination is effective on the date of its publication.
