Turkey initiates AD probe on pipe fittings from Egypt

On August 30, 2025, Turkey’s Ministry of Trade announced the launch of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on pipe fittings from Egypt, following an application filed by the domestic producer Trakya Döküm San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and supported by Samsun Makina Sanayi A.Ş.

The investigation will examine dumping practices from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024, while assessing the injury to Turkey's domestic industry from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024.

The products involved are classified under the Turkish customs tariff code 7307.19.

The decision enters into force on the date of this publication.
