EU continues AD measures on threaded tube or pipe cast fittings from China, Thailand

A A A
On September 19, 2025, the European Commission announced its final decision to continue anti-dumping (AD) measures on imports of threaded tube or pipe cast fittings, of malleable cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron from China and Thailand, following a second sunset review, which determined that ending the existing AD duties would likely lead to a continuation of dumping and continuation or recurrence of injury to the EU industry.

As a result, AD duties will remain on the subject goods. The duty rates for Chinese companies range from 24.6% to 57.8%, while Thai companies face duties between 14.9% and 15.5%.

The products involved are classified under CN code ex 7307 19 10 (TARIC code 7307 19 10 10 and 7307 19 10 20).

The period of this review investigation is from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, and the injury assessment period is from January 1, 2021, to the end of the review investigation period.
