On September 29, 2025, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an administrative review of anti-dumping (AD) duties on imported carbon steel welded pipes originating in or exported from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey (excluding Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.), and Vietnam.

This review is part of the CBSA’s implementation of a Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) finding issued on February 15, 2019. Exporters must submit information by November 5, 2025, and importers by October 20, 2025.

Exporters who fail to cooperate for the review will face AD duty rates: 66.8% for Pakistan and the Philippines, 45.8% for Turkey, and 54.2% for Vietnam.
