Brazil's Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) has launched an anti-dumping (AD) review on imports of seamless carbon steel pipes from Ukraine, following a petition filed by domestic producer Vallourec Soluções Tubulares do Brasil SA in late April. This is the third review since the initial measures were imposed in 2015.

During the review process, the existing AD duties remain in force. Interpipe Niko Tube LLC and PJSC Interpipe NTRP face a duty of US$145.26/ton, and all other companies are subject to US$708.60/ton.

The products involved are seamless carbon steel conduction pipes (line pipes), used in the oil and gas sectors, with an external diameter not exceeding 141.3 mm, classified under tariff code 7304.19.00 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).
