The period of the investigation is from October 2023 to September 2024, and the injury analysis period spans from October 2019 to September 2024.

The affected products are high-carbon, high-strength, circular-section steel wires, cold-worked by drawing, with a smooth or notched surface, with low or normal relaxation, under tariff codes 7217.10.19 and 7217.10.90 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).
