CITT finds reasonable indication of injury from OCTG dumping by 5 countries

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Mexico, the Philippines, Turkey, South Korea, and the US is either causing or threatening injury to Canada's domestic industry.

The investigation, conducted under the Special Import Measures Act and initiated by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), will assess the extent of dumping and its economic impact.

A preliminary determination from the CBSA is expected by November 7, 2025, which may result in provisional anti-dumping duties.
