On October 16, 2025, Australian Anti-Dumping Commission announced to lanuch first sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) on precision pipe and tube steel from China and South Korea and review of countervailing duty (CVD) on the subject goods from China.

The domestic company Orrcon Manufacturing Pty Ltd filed the application to the Commission to lanuch the investigation. The investigation period is from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 and damage investigation period was from July 1, 2021.

The HS codes for the subject goods are 7306.30.00.30, 7306.50.00.45, and 7306.61.00.21.

The Anti-Dumping Commission will complete the investigation reports or the statement of essential facts no later than Novermber 24, 2025 and submit the final determaination to the Minister for Inudstry and Science on or before February 3, 2026.
