21 Oct 2025 14:40 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
On October 9, 2025, Thailand’s Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Consideration Committee issued a final affirmative ruling for an anti-circumvention investigation on certain iron or steel tubes and pipes originating in China, concluding that Chinese exporters were evading existing anti-dumping (AD) measures.

As a result, the subject steel pipes produced by Youfa Group and exported through Tianjin Tianyingtai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. will face an AD duty of 19.19% based on the CIF price.

This measure is effective retroactively from December 20, 2024, and will remain in force for the duration of the original AD measure.
