extrutec North America acquires Induction Professionals, forms IPS

extrutec North America, Inc., a US aluminum extrusion company, has acquired Induction Professionals, LLC, resulting in the creation of a new company, Induction Professional Solutions (IPS).

This strategic move combines extrutec's energy-efficient technology with Induction Professionals' extensive heating experience. The goal is to offer customers the most modern and energy-efficient induction heating solutions available.

Uwe Günter, Managing Partner of extrutec GmbH, said that the company is thrilled to welcome Induction Professionals' assets and expertise. This integration significantly strengthens its position to offer a comprehensive portfolio of advanced solutions.

In addition to heating systems, the Youngstown, Ohio-based IPS will provide complete service, repair, and upgrade solutions.
